We understand that adopting a new puppy is a big decision! Here are some of the most common questions we receive from families just like yours:
1. Do you currently have Cavoodle puppies available?
Yes! We have beautiful Cavoodle puppies ready for loving homes. Availability can change quickly, so we recommend messaging us directly or checking our “Our Puppies” page for up-to-date information.
2. Can I come and view the puppy before making a decision?
Absolutely! We welcome viewings. However, a 50% refundable deposit is kindly required before viewings can be scheduled. This helps us reserve your preferred puppy and dedicate time for your visit.
Once your deposit is received, we’ll provide our address and contact details to organize your visit.
3. Is the deposit refundable if I change my mind?
Yes, your deposit is 100% refundable within five business days for any reason — whether before, during, or after viewing, pickup, or delivery. We want you to feel completely confident and comfortable.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through bank transfer or PayID.
5. Do you have a payment plan?
Yes! We do. Contact us for more info.
6. Do you offer delivery or transport?
Yes! We offer safe puppy transport Australia-wide. Whether you're nearby or interstate, we can arrange for your puppy to be delivered to your door or a convenient meeting point.
7. What is included when I adopt a puppy from you?
Each puppy comes with:

8. What if I can no longer care for the puppy?
If at any time you're unable to keep your puppy, we ask that you never surrender it to a shelter. Instead, contact us first we will gladly assist in rehoming, no matter how much time has passed.
